We currently manage over 250 residential rental properties ranging from one bedroom apartments to luxury executive homes in private gated communities. We also manage two homeowners associations and hold a NC general contractor's license. Most properties do not allow pets, but some allow small pets under 20 pounds. No puppies, rots, pits, german shepherds, huskies or fighting dogs of any kind. All pets must be sprayed or neutered and $200 nonrefundable pet fee per pet applies. We run credit checks and nationwide criminal background checks on all occupants 18 years and over.
