After I sign the offer, what happens next?

The offer will be taken to the seller by your agent, or the listing agent for presentation to the seller. If ALL the terms are acceptable to the seller, they will sign it and you have a contract. If ANY changes are made by the seller, we have what if referred to as a "counter offer" and the offer will be resubmitted to you for your acceptance of the changes. They may also simply reject your offer.
